The role covers:
- Designing and structuring equity and cash incentive plans
- Advising on tax and Reward implications of transactions
- Employee share plans and wider workforce incentives
- Advising Remuneration Committees and senior management
- Directors' Remuneration Reports and benchmarking
- Managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Business development, proposals and presentations
- Reviewing work and developing junior team members
Looking for:
- Manager-level Reward experience
- Strong Equity / Executive Reward / Incentives background
- Excellent technical and client-facing skills
- Commercial and business development mindset
- Experience managing and developing junior staff
- ATT / CTA / ACA / Legal qualification desirable
