About the Role
- Manage the personal tax compliance cycle for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and LLPs.
- Provide ad hoc advisory support, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, international tax, and trust planning.
- Work closely with high-net-worth individuals, including those with UK and offshore interests, as well as landed estates and rural businesses.
- Review work and support the development of junior team members through on-the-job training.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in personal tax compliance, with the ability to manage your own client portfolio.
- Previous experience reviewing junior staff work and contributing to team development.

- A proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a professional services background.
