We are currently working with a leading independent tax advisory firm who are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory Manager to join their dynamic team based in Altrincham. The firm is renowned for delivering specialist, high-value tax advice to a diverse range of entrepreneurial clients, corporates, and private clients.
New Role
- Work with clients including entrepreneurs and founders, growing SMEs undergoing investment, sale, or restructuring, HNWI's with complex UK and offshore tax profiles and professional advisers.
- Provide transaction‑driven corporate tax advisory on a wide range of projects including M&A transactions and due diligence, group reorganisations and mergers, R&D claims and innovation reliefs and cross‑border structuring.
- Collaborate closely with ex Big 4 Partners and maintain open lines of communication across the firm.
- Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and technical review.
