About the Role
- Lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance across a diverse portfolio of clients while overseeing technical quality, outsourcing processes and automation initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, helping them broaden their exposure across corporate tax, owner-managed businesses and wider compliance matters.
- Work closely with partners and specialists on a range of corporate tax matters, including large corporate compliance, restructures, transactions and M&A projects.
- Support the continued growth and development of the Corporate Tax team by driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of client service.
