A well‑established and growing independent accountancy and advisory firm in London is seeking to appoint a Corporate Tax Partner to support the continued expansion of its tax practice. This is a key leadership role within a collaborative firm that advises a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial and mid‑market businesses across sectors including property, media, hospitality, retail and professional services.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering high-quality corporate tax planning and strategic advice.
  • You will lead complex advisory projects across areas such as corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, cross-border tax matters and complex compliance, while working closely with fellow Partners to identify opportunities across the wider client base.
  • Alongside client delivery, you will play an important role in business development, relationship management and team leadership, helping to mentor and develop the next generation of tax professionals.
  • The firm also benefits from strong international connections, creating opportunities to support clients with global tax matters.

Qualifications

  • Candidates will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant corporate tax advisory experience gained within a professional services firm.
