What You\’ll Be Doing:
Own Your Work Early: Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality corporation tax compliance across a range of clients, working closely with senior managers and directors from day one.
Develop Deep Technical Skills: Tackle complex tax challenges and keep pace with fast-changing legislation and industry trends.
Progress Quickly: With structured support and exposure to high-calibre work, you\’ll move up fast-both in technical competence and responsibility.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions and spot new opportunities for clients.
Expand Your Impact: Support business development initiatives, from proposal writing to attending client pitches and networking events.
Who We\’re Looking For:
Ideally qualified (ACA, CTA or equivalent) and ready to take the next step in your professional journey.
Strong foundation in corporate tax from an accountancy practice environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a clear appetite for solving complex problems.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes and client service.
Experience with tax software is beneficial but not essential-we\’ll help you get up to speed.
