Responsibilities

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • RI status with a recognised UK professional body (e. g. ICAEW or ACCA), with experience at Director or Partner level.
  • Strong technical audit expertise, particularly with owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
  • Proven track record in client management, business development, and delivering results.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative, with the drive to influence the firm's growth.
