- Manage and oversee the audit process for a diverse portfolio of Life Sciences clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements, managing risk and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to audit teams, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other partners and senior management to contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth.

Qualifications/Experience Required
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and leading successful audit engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
