Alternative Funds Tax – Assistant Manager. Big 4 firm in London is expanding its Alternative Funds Tax practice and looking to hire Assistant Managers. The role involves compliance and advisory work across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance and advisory work across the full life‑cycle of funds, including investor reporting, fund structuring and transaction analysis.
- Provide transactional tax support in collaboration with the Deals Tax team.
- Work with specialist and generalist clients, tailoring the mix of compliance and advisory projects to fit your strengths.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients early in your career.
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA or CA qualified with a broad corporate tax or financial services tax background.
- Strong interest and technical experience in the Alternative Funds space.
- Excellent analytical and client‑facing skills.
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds or real estate tax is preferred.
