What you\βll be doing:
- Preparing client accounts and tax returns, advising on tax payable and payment deadlines
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
- Supporting partners and managers with tax planning and advisory projects
- Identifying business and personal tax planning opportunities
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Providing bookkeeping and management accounts support when required
- Assisting clients with accounting software queries
- Engaging in business development and promoting the firm\βs services
What you\βll need:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum of two years\β experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and personal tax returns
- Experience with accounting software (CCH, Xero, Sage, Farmplan)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
