Accounts & Audit Semi‑Senior – £30,000–£45,000 + bonus + benefits. Central London | Hybrid working.

This role is offered by a Top 100 accountancy firm seeking an accountancy professional to work in its Central London office.

Role

You will work with a varied portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and SMEs across a broad mix of sectors, with most clients reporting under FRS 102.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing statutory accounts under FRS 102
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Supporting audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Working across a varied portfolio of OMB and SME clients
  • Liaising with clients and building confidence in a client‑facing role
  • Supporting tax work where appropriate
  • Using Case Ware and Xero as the main systems
  • Managing deadlines and delivering accurate, high‑quality work

Qualifications

  • Part‑qualified ACA or ACCA status
  • Experience in both accounts preparation and audit within practice
  • Some knowledge of FRS 102
  • Experience preparing statutory or management accounts
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using Case Ware and Xero would be beneficial
  • Tax experience would be an advantage
  • A personable, professional and collaborative approach
