The team advises on the indirect tax implications of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, refinancings, IPOs, carve-outs, demergers and international business separations . The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work alongside leading tax, legal and transaction services professionals. The successful candidate will have particular responsibility for advising clients on the VAT implications of complex transactions and international carve-outs , providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout fast-moving deal environments.
