Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £40,000-£52,000 + great benefits

What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with senior colleagues on a broad range of corporate and international tax work, including:
- Delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
- Supporting on reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and demergers
- Assisting with tax due diligence and structuring work
- Working across areas such as loss relief, group relief and tax accounting
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and deferred tax calculations
- Building client relationships and liaising directly with intermediaries
- Identifying opportunities across other tax service lines
- Supporting and developing junior team members
What you'll need
- ATT, CTA and/or ACA qualification
- Around 3+ years' experience in a corporate tax role
- Exposure to advisory work alongside compliance
- Good knowledge of corporate tax and tax accounting basics
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- Alphatax experience helpful, but not essential
