This is a premier leadership opportunity to manage a high-profile corporate portfolio spanning owner-managed businesses, PE-backed groups, and multinational enterprises with direct exposure to Partners and a clear pathway toward Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory & Transactions: Lead high-value corporate tax advisory engagements, including group restructurings, M&A tax due diligence, international expansion, and transaction structuring.
  • Portfolio Ownership: Oversee a diverse corporate client portfolio, serving as the primary trusted advisor and managing fee budgets, WIP, and service delivery.
  • Technical Review: Maintain high technical standards by reviewing complex compliance and advisory outputs prepared by Managers and Seniors.
  • Practice Development & Mentorship: Drive new business proposals, identify advisory cross-selling opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

About You

  • Qualifications: ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: Strong corporate tax background gained within a UK accountancy practice (Big 4, Top 10/20, or reputable regional firm).
  • Technical Breadth: Proven experience handling complex group tax matters, OMBs, and transaction-led advisory projects.
  • Leadership: Strong managerial skills with a passion for coaching staff and building lasting client relationships.
  • Level: Established Senior Managers, or high-performing Corporate Tax Managers ready to step up, are strongly encouraged to apply.
