With significant investment in its UK growth plans, the firm is strengthening its Corporate Tax team and is looking for a motivated Semi Senior who wants to develop beyond pure compliance and gain exposure to advisory projects.
The Corporate Tax Semi Senior Role
Working closely with experienced Managers and Partners, you'll support a varied portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to large international groups with turnovers exceeding £200m.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assisting with corporate tax compliance assignments
- Corporation tax return preparation and computations
- Supporting the review process and responding to HMRC queries
- Assisting on advisory projects as your experience develops
- Working on international tax matters and cross-border assignments
- Supporting due diligence and transaction-related work
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
