We’re working with a highly respected and growing tax advisory firm in Solihull that is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to play a key role in their Corporate Tax Advisory practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take on complex advisory work, mentor junior staff, and develop your professional profile within a firm that values expertise, teamwork, and innovation.
The Role
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead advisory assignments, including company reconstructions, M&A transactions, share schemes, and venture capital schemes
- Act as the go-to expert for technical tax queries from clients and colleagues
- Manage and mentor junior team members, helping develop technical expertise across the firm
- Work closely with directors on business development, identifying opportunities to expand client services
- Build a strong professional network and develop your personal brand as a recognised specialist
- Drive continuous improvement in the firm\’s corporate tax processes and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- CTA-qualified (or equivalent, such as ICAS Tax qualification)
- Significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax advisory
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to professional development
