An accountancy practice in Seaford is looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper, working 5 days (Monday – Friday) from 9am to 5pm. The role requires an experienced and professional individual who has experience within an accountancy office. The ideal candidate will be supporting the business with the preparation of accounts and VAT, supporting the Managing Director.
Job Requirements Include:
- Data entry
- Invoices & management of suppliers' billing/invoice
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
- Prepare year-end accounts / assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including fixed assets register, aged creditors, balance sheet, P&L
- Quarterly VAT returns
The successful candidate will have gained some practice experience already and be keen to further their career with on-the-job training and varied work exposure.
