Job Title: Client Partner β Accountancy Practice Recruitment
Location:Hayle, Cornwall
Β£26,000 β Β£70,000/annum Commission, 35 days hol, medical
ProTalent is a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in accountancy practice recruitment. Our specialist team operates solely within the practice arena, and we are currently enjoying a period of organic growth and ongoing success. We are now seeking a highly driven and experienced Client Partner to join our dynamic team here in Cornwall. The role will be office based.
Purpose of the Role:
At ProTalent, our mission is to contribute to the success of our clients, candidates, and our own business. As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in building, managing, and growing client relationships, enhancing our client proposition, and delivering superior service to both clients and candidates. You will aim to fulfill client briefs in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the perfect match between outstanding candidates and job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business plans.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through networking, LinkedIn, various recruitment boards, and direct applications.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client brief to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Consultative Approach: Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates, ensuring a personalised and strategic approach to recruitment.
- Business Development:Proactively seek opportunities to expand our client base and grow our market presence within the accountancy practice sector.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the accountancy practice sector
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to recruitment
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
