What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be a key part of the payroll team, responsible for delivering a fast, accurate, and compliant payroll service for a wide range of clients.
- Process end‑to‑end payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and manage statutory payments.
- Handle part‑month calculations, holiday pay, P45s and more.
- Liaise with clients, answering queries and clarifying calculations.
- Manage client pension schemes with various providers.
- Use Sage, STAR and Xero.

Location & Working Pattern
Brighton‑based (city centre). The team generally works in the office to collaborate effectively, with scope for up to two days a week working from home. Full‑time is 37.5 hours (Mon–Fri, 9.00–17.30), but alternative patterns from 30 hours+ can be considered.
