Lettings Manager

Ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities.

You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities

Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants

Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Lettings Manager

Multi Lingual preferred but not essential

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings

Proven experience in sales progression and valuations

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills,

Customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
