A well-established and fast-growing accountancy firm in the Reading area is looking for a corporate audit senior to join their expanding team. The role:
- Leading and delivering audit assignments from planning to completion for a wide-ranging portfolio of corporate and owner-managed businesses
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
- Reviewing work of junior team members, offering guidance and mentoring support
- Preparing financial statements in line with relevant reporting frameworks
- Identifying risk areas, technical challenges and contributing to process improvements
- Working collaboratively with managers, directors and partners across the audit function
About you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to completing your qualification
- Strong experience delivering external audits within a UK accountancy practice
- Passionate about audit, with a desire to deliver high-quality work and excellent client service
