Senior Manager/ Partner Designate in Bognor Regis

A fabulous firm in Chichester is looking at their growth and succession planning – they are keen to hire a Manager or Senior Manager who wants to achieve partnership in the not too distant future.

They have an excellent reputation and a great client base, a wonderful team onboard and are in a great position.

The role would involve Practice Management and Client Management, getting to grips with the practice with a view of taking on more responsibility and work towards partnership in the short to medium term.

The firm have a diverse client portfolio, largely made up of OMBs and Limited Companies, some larger more complex business structures and some audit clients too – giving you a great breadth of client and technical exposure.

They are an accredited training firm so managing and mentoring staff, including trainees who are undertaking their professional qualifications will also make up part of this role.

We would expect applicants to be ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid background in general practice.
