The Role
You’ll be working closely with a wide-ranging client portfolio, supporting sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with bookkeeping and accounts duties. Using QuickBooks as the main software platform, you\’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT returns, reconciliations, and assist with the preparation of year-end accounts.
You’ll be trusted to build client relationships and work autonomously, while always having the backing of a friendly and experienced team.
What You’ll Need
- Proven bookkeeping or accounts experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (experience with other cloud-based systems is a plus)
- A confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- AAT qualification is desirable but not essential
