What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing your own clients and candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs
- Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Developing your niche
