We’re hiring a qualified Dental Nurse for a private practice in the Suffolk / North East Essex area. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Are you a GDC-registered Dental Nurse who’s ready for a role where you feel genuinely valued? Looking for more than rushed appointments and overstretched teams? We’re working with several friendly, modern private dental clinics in the Suffolk area — and they’re on the lookout for passionate Dental Nurses who care about patients and want to grow in their careers.

A bit about the practices:

  • Beautiful, fully digital surgeries with everything from general to cosmetic and specialist treatments (Invisalign, implants, facial aesthetics).
  • Teams that actually support each other — no egos, just good people doing great work.
  • Clinics that invest in you – with fully funded CPD, mentorship, and space to progress into roles like Treatment Coordinator, Oral Health Educator, and beyond.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the trusted right hand to dentists, hygienists, and specialists.
  • Make patients feel comfortable and cared for – especially the nervous ones.
  • Keep everything running smoothly – from preparing equipment to infection control.
  • Help with stock management, records, and supporting the wider team.

What we’re looking for:

  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (Must).
  • Experience in private or mixed practice (preferred, not essential).
  • Confident in infection control and working in a busy clinical setting.
  • Someone kind, calm under pressure, and a true team player.
  • Bonus points for extra skills like radiography, oral health education, sedation, or SOE/Exact knowledge.

What you’ll get:

  • A competitive salary – better than NHS rates, tailored to your experience.
  • Generous annual leave, family-friendly policies, paid uniform, flu jabs.
  • Real flexibility with hours, including some part-time options.
  • A place where you’re not just a number – your growth matters here.
