Pay Rates: Days £29 per hour | Nights £38 per hour

Job Type: Agency / Temporary Shifts (Days & Nights Available)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health nursing care to patients
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to care planning
  • Monitor patients' mental state and risk, responding appropriately to changes
  • Administer medication in line with prescriptions and NHS protocols
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Support patients with acute, chronic, or complex mental health needs
  • Promote recovery-focused and person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Minimum 6-12 months NHS mental health experience (preferred)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments
  • Right to work in the UK
