Key Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Management: Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, managing the complete customer journey from initial conversation to final order, while promoting repeat business.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and clearly articulate the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of our technical product range to deliver expert guidance and lighting solutions.
- Order Management: Ensure all trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, keeping clients updated on stock and order status.
- CRM Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and updates in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Lead Prospecting & Account Regeneration: Proactively contact new and lapsed accounts to drive trade sales growth through outbound calling and follow-up.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 1β3 years in sales or customer service, preferably within an inbound B2B sales environment.
- Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, rapport building and client engagement, active listening and consultative selling, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), understanding of basic sales techniques.
