About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and highly confident Switchboard Operator to join their busy office-based team in Olney. This is a specialist telephone-based role where you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and ensuring callers are quickly and accurately directed to the appropriate person or department. The successful candidate will be confident, professional and decisive, with the ability to establish the purpose of a call quickly and take control of conversations where necessary.
