Our client, a respected name in the Windows, Doors & Conservatory sector, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey, from the first inquiry through to post-installation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Enquiries: Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person; Providing detailed information about products and services; Delivering a professional and helpful experience at every touchpoint.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues related to product quality, installation, or service; Ensuring all concerns are handled swiftly and satisfactorily.
- Post-Installation Support: Following up with customers after installations to address any outstanding concerns; Providing ongoing assistance to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Working closely with sales, installation, and admin teams; Ensuring smooth coordination across departments for a seamless customer experience.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service requests, and order details.
