Senior People Administrator

£35,000 | Bedfordshire | Fully on site

I'm recruiting for an experienced Senior People Administrator to join an established business based in Wootton, Bedfordshire.

The key requirement for this position is strong, hands-on Workday experience. You must have used Workday as part of an HR/People Administration role, rather than simply using it as an employee to book holidays or update your own details.

You'll be supporting the wider People team and helping to keep the day-to-day HR operation running smoothly.
The role will include:

• Managing starters, leavers and contractual changes through Workday
• Acting as a key point of contact for Workday queries
• Supporting onboarding and pre-employment checks
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee and manager queries
• Supporting the wider People team with HR administration
• Ensuring confidential information is handled correctly and in line with GDPR

You'll need:

• Previous HR/People Administration experience
• Strong hands-on Workday experience – essential
• Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good Microsoft Office skills
