Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid 1 day WFH after induction)

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (post-completion outsourced), delivering a high standard of client service throughout.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and other professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
