Pro Staff Construction Ltd are working with a growing new build housing developer who is looking to strengthen their land team with the appointment of an experienced Land Buyer.

With ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing success and expansion of the business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across the South West and Midlands
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, and local authorities
• Lead land appraisals, financial modelling, and due diligence
• Prepare and present offers, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with Directors, Planning, and Technical teams to progress sites into development
• Monitor planning policy, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Land Buyer / Senior Land Buyer, ideally with a residential developer
• Strong track record of sourcing and securing residential land
• Excellent market knowledge and established regional contacts
• Commercially focused with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
