Pro Staff Construction are working with a Groundworks Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business delivering residential developments, including new build housing and apartment schemes.
The Role:
- Managing 3–5 groundworks projects simultaneously
- Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinating with Site Teams
- Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
- Reporting progress and performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience within groundworks or civil engineering projects
- Strong background managing multiple sites/projects
- Site Engineering background is highly beneficial
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
