Pro Staff Construction are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a fast-growing construction business based in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified, qualified or experienced Management Accountant who enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process and wants to play a key role within a growing finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage Group and SPV bank reconciliations
- Manage WIP, development costs and intercompany accounting
- Prepare monthly CVR reports
- Process weekly and monthly payroll
- Prepare CIS300 and VAT returns
- Manage sales invoicing and credit control
- Support quarterly SPV accounts and year-end audit
Requirements
- Part-qualified/qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, or relevant experience
- Strong month-end and management accounting experience
- Knowledge of payroll, CIS and VAT
- Construction, property development or SPV experience desirable
- Confident using Xero and Excel
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines
