An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a growing construction business and play a key role in supporting both head office and site-based teams. What you'll be involved in:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across office, site and trade roles
  • Supporting workforce planning for live and upcoming projects

  • Maintaining HR systems (Breathe HR), compliance records and reports
  • Coordinating training, qualifications, renewals and medical declarations

About you:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards)
  • 3 years within HR experience
