The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (post-completion outsourced), delivering a high standard of client service throughout.
About You
- Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and other professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
