Pro Staff are currently working with an established South Wales contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The company delivers a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including offices, education, healthcare and local authorities.
The Role
- Overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:
- Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and labour
- Monitoring programmes, budgets and project progress
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and resources
- Attending client and progress meetings
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams
Requirements
- Previous Contracts Manager experience
- Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client and subcontractor management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
