Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently looking for a Land & Partnerships Manager to join a growing social housing developer based in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across West Midlands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, local authorities and Registered Providers/Housing Associations.
- Lead appraisals, financial modelling, and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Prepare and present offers, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Land & Partnership Director, planning, and technical teams to progress acquisitions smoothly into development.
- Keep up to date with planning policy, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Land Manager or Land Buyer, ideal with a residential developer.
- Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and securing land opportunities.
- Excellent market knowledge and established contacts within West Midlands.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy.
