We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor for a project based in Cardiff, starting 26th May.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervising roofing teams on site
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Coordinating daily site activities and workflow
- Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining health & safety compliance
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality control and progress against programme
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Roofing Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and site operations
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and able to manage teams effectively
