Pro Staff Construction are recruiting on behalf of a construction contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build apartment development in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a permanent basis and take ownership of a project from inception through to handover.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing construction projects from groundworks through to completion
- Previous experience delivering new-build apartment developments
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, programme management, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to manage quality, budgets, and project deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid SMSTS
