Pro Staff Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of occupied apartment blocks in Birmingham.
The Role
- Managing all subcontractors on site
- Monitoring stock and material levels
- Managing programmes and project deadlines
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets
