Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team.

You will manage a caseload of disabled children with complex needs and complete strengths-based assessments with consideration of short breaks and support packages.

You will build purposeful relationships with children, work with families, schools and health colleagues, and ensure safeguarding and care planning meet high standards through effective multi-agency collaboration.
