Pro Social Partners are working with North Star, an independent, Ofsted registered provider with four small, therapeutic children's homes across Surrey and Berkshire. We have just opened three new homes in Ascot and our growth plan continues. We support young people with complex needs including EBD, CSE, CCE and mental health.
The role involves being the registered Responsible Individual to Ofsted for the group, the cultural and quality lead across all four homes, and the senior point of accountability for our Registered Managers. This is a strategic appointment, not a paper RI. You will shape inspection performance, therapeutic practice and the next phase of the group's growth.
Typical week:
- Approximately 4 days across the homes
- 1 day working from home
- Direct line to the Managing Director with real autonomy
You will need (essential):
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management for Residential Childcare (must hold)
- Demonstrable experience as a Responsible Individual or as a senior multi site Registered Manager
- Strong inspection track record across multiple homes
- Deep working knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIF
- Right to work in the UK

- 40 hours per week
- 22 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
