Are you a confident children's social worker who is calm under pressure at the front door? Pro Social Partners are working in partnership with Achieving for Children to recruit a Social Worker into their Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, covering Kingston and Richmond. This is a permanent role at the very start of the safeguarding journey.
About the team and the role:
- The MASH is where safeguarding referrals first land, so it is fast moving and needs clear heads.
- Day to day you will:
- Screen and triage incoming safeguarding referrals
- Gather and analyse information from police, health, education and other partners
- Make timely and defensible threshold decisions
- Make sure children who need help are picked up quickly and safely
