Pro Social Partners are working in partnership with Sandwell Children's Trust to recruit a Senior Social Worker into their Assessment and Intervention service. This is a permanent role for a confident practitioner who leads by example.
About the team and the role
Assessment and Intervention is where families first get help, so the work is varied, fast moving and genuinely important. As a Senior Social Worker you will:
- Hold a complex caseload of assessment and intervention work
- Carry out timely assessments and section 47 enquiries
- Model good practice and support less experienced social workers
- Work alongside partner agencies to keep children safe
