In the Looked After Children team you will hold cases for children in care, keeping plans ambitious and permanence at the centre, working closely with carers, IROs and the children themselves through statutory visits and reviews.

Care planning for children already in care. Reviews, permanence, life story work, contact and placement stability. The work is planned rather than reactive.

- Salary £38,220 to £46,142 a year
