Pro Social Partners are working in partnership with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to recruit a Team Manager for their Court and Assessment Team. The Court and Assessment Team carries the children who are subject to care proceedings, so strong, steady management makes all the difference. Day to day you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of social workers through care proceedings
- Quality assure court reports, assessments and care plans
- Manage risk and threshold decisions across the team
- Support the development and wellbeing of your practitioners
