About Pro-Sim

Pro-Sim has been established for over 13 years as a leading simulator manufacturer, supplying high‑end simulator systems to customers around the world. Our simulators are used by professional drivers at the very highest level of motorsport, alongside serious enthusiasts and commercial facilities.

Operating from our own motorsport driver training facility, we design and manufacture both individual simulator components and complete turnkey systems. We are a small, close‑knit team where pride in workmanship, reliability and precision are essential.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, practical Simulator Technician who wants more than just a job. This role is for someone with strong common sense, a proactive mindset, and the desire to grow into a senior position within the business.

You will work directly with the company owner and alongside our small team, with the clear intention that, over time, you will take increasing responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the workshop.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in seeing a job finished perfectly and who is willing to put the extra effort in when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full build and assembly of complete simulator systems
  • Assembly of individual components including pedals, shifters, monitors frames
  • Mechanical assembly, basic wiring and soldering, and PC calibration
  • Fault finding, testing, and problem solving during builds
  • Stock checks, organising parts.
  • Supporting installations and handovers worldwide
  • Helping to organise and improve workshop processes over time

The Right Person Will

  • Have at least 5 years’ hands‑on mechanical or engineering assembly experience
  • Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • Have a practical understanding of electronics, PC hardware, and computer systems
  • Show strong common sense and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude
  • Be willing to learn, improve, and take on responsibility as the role grows
  • Take pride in their work and care about quality, not just speed
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated to progress

What We Offer

  • A key role in a respected specialist manufacturer
  • Genuine progression toward running the workshop day‑to‑day
  • Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience
  • Recognition and reward for effort, reliability, and initiative
  • Monday to Friday working schedule
  • Sevenoaks‑based workshop with free on‑site parking

How to Apply

If you are looking for a long-term opportunity where effort and enthusiasm are genuinely valued, please send your CV and a brief covering letter explaining why you would be a good fit for Pro‑Sim to info@pro-sim.co.uk.
