The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for patrolling various sites in London. You will work closely with our 24-hour Control Room to meet deadlines.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
– Attend Alarm response calls swiftly.
– Act as a deterrent and provide investigation support.
– Carrying out routine Mobile patrols, unlocks / lock-ups, property inspections.
– Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff and provide assistance and information as needed.
– Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols activities, incidents, and observations.
– Prepare and submit incident reports, daily activity reports and other required documentation.
Qualities:
– Must provide excellent customer services and be able to diffuse difficult situations in pressured scenarios.
– Must be able to follow company procedures and protocols.
– Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
– Must be flexible to cover holidays and emergencies.
– Use own initiative.
– Must have a good work ethic.
– Must be IT/Computer Literate.
Requirements:
– Valid SIA License (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
– CCTV (Preferred but not a requirement)
– Full Clean UK Driving License – Age – 30 plus (in line with company insurance policy)
– Valid right to work in the UK without restriction.
– Must be flexible to work day/nights and weekdays/weekends.
– 5-year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858.
