This role ensures that all employees, contractors, and stakeholders operate in compliance with relevant legislation, company standards, and industry best practices. The Director will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership to foster a proactive safety culture within a high-risk infrastructure environment such as telecommunications, power, utilities, or water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive H&S strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on risk management, compliance, and industry standards.
