We are currently hiring for a market leading company offering a great opportunity to join as a Health & Safety Director on a large project. Must have a background in Telecoms, Power, Water or Utilities.

Start date: immediate

Pay: Competitive Yearly salary with company package.

Job overview: The Health and Safety Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the organization’s Health & Safety (H&S) strategy across all operations. This role ensures that all employees, contractors, and stakeholders operate in compliance with relevant legislation, company standards, and industry best practices. The Director will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership to foster a proactive safety culture within a high-risk infrastructure environment such as telecommunications, power, utilities, or water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive H&S strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on risk management, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and operational performance.
